I work with the voice as a living, physical instrument, somewhere between music, body and presence.
My practice moves across improvisation, composition, performance and sound art. Rather than working within a fixed genre, I create situations for listening, where sound unfolds in real time and in relation to the space, the audience and what is present in the moment.
I am drawn to what is subtle and not yet fully formed. Breath, texture and vibration. The point where control and letting go meet. My work often takes shape as open, process-based performances, where structure and intuition exist side by side.
I perform both solo and in collaborations with musicians, composers and visual artists, in concert halls, art spaces and festivals. Across these contexts, I am interested in how sound can create connection. Between people, between inner and outer experience, and between what we hear and what we sense.
For me, listening is not passive. It is an active, shared space.

I’ve been nominated for Best Album at the Danish Music Awards Jazz in both 2021 and 2022, and for Best Vocalist at the Steppeulven Awards.
